Conference Overview

Application of Information & Communication Technology(ICT) to Healthy Cities Initiatives

Ubiquitous is an English word of Latin origin (i.e. ubiquitas, ubique) with the general meaning of being present everywhere at all times beyond the bounds of time and place. The Ubiquitous Healthy City is a city designed and developed with the application of ICT to protect the citizens' physical, psychological, and social health against emerging global problems, including economic crisis and climate change. A healthy city puts the health of its citizens the top priority in developing public policies and health is present everywhere at all times
